Your digital assistant is not everybody's digital assistant. As humans we create our surroundings by interacting with others. We shape and polish our relations, and we build teams based on experience and trust. New members in the team, either humans or digital members, should be able to learn from you, your organisation, your business model or the business segment you’re in, and via that be formed into valuable team members.

Lainell is a small team with a deep interest in leadership and our goal is to explore all kinds of methods and tools that can be used to make management more people-friendly. We are not intimidated by letting machines and computers help us with these tasks, and since a few decades back we have impatiently followed the gradual developments in information technology, and what opportunities then become available to create digital solutions for use in management. There have been many hyped buzz words and subsequent inevitable market setbacks over these decades, but every now and then there are some useful steps and practical solutions that break the surface, showing us the next developed gem that we might be able to use to reach our goal.

To avoid being dragged into the sphere of Science Fiction, the Lainell team are focusing on doing research and development in the field of digital assistants based on Generativ AI and Large Language Models without deviating from the narrow path of delivering practical usefulness and verifiable solutions. Avoiding the pit falls that are both clear and imminent, and those that we run into on the fly.
